I’m back from Workplace Ninja Summit 2026 in Baden, Switzerland (14-17 Sep), and I’m still buzzing. Huge thanks to the organizers for pulling off such a well-run event. The agenda was packed, the hallway conversations were just as good as the sessions, and the community spirit was something special.
I was lucky enough to be on the agenda three times:
A Practical Menu of User State Options for Win11 & Win365
Where does the user’s data and profile live, and what are your options? We walked through a menu of practical choices for Windows 11 and Windows 365, so you can pick what fits instead of just what’s default.
Windows 365 in the Real World: Field Stories & Lessons Learned
I shared the stage with Sune Thomsen for this one. We told stories from real customer projects, including what worked, what surprised us, and the “we’ll never do that again” moments. Every good band has a few songs it quietly leaves out of the setlist, and every Cloud PC project has a few of those too.
Ask the Experts: AVD and Windows 365
No slides, just your questions on architecture and technical challenges. This is often where the best conversations happen, because the questions come straight from real environments.
Thank you to everyone who came to the sessions, asked questions and stopped me in the hallway for a chat. Special thanks to Sune for a great co-presentation.
